Kebab? Not a Chippy.

In my book a chip shop can sell many things but if it there is a kebab on the premises, it is not a chip shop but a kebab shop with chips.
I know that there are shops that walk the thin line between the chip and kebab worlds and that this is a subject for much angry discussion but I won't have the traditional world of the chip shop destroyed by those who would gradually replace our chips with loathsome 'fries'.
NOTE: I find the chip/kebab shop distinction becomes blurred when I am drunk, along with the alleyway/urinal distinction and many others....
