Looks good so far - how about some graphics to illustrate the scales?

Also, how about mentioning the arpeggios - major, minor, dominant 7th, diminished 7th,...? (too much punctuation!)

There was something else I just thought of, but it's gone again...

Oh yeah - you might like to mention the mnemonics for remembering the positions of notes on the staff - either in this article or a different one. smiley - smiley

I'm not sure about the graphics 'cause they'll get stripped out if the entry gets approved at some point, I'd like to do it all in text if possible...
