An 'Intensive Car Unit' - now that *is* a whole new approach to healthcare 
Now how does that work?
Do we start off with an XR2i for minor bumps and scrapes.
Move on up through the Mitsubishi Evo series for more progressively serious traumas.
And top out with a Ferrari 360 for potentially life threatening condtions.

It reminds me of the Serious Burns Unit, where patients are subjected to endless recordings of Auld Lang Syne and Ode to a Louse until they lose their minds
