Well, I was a little sceptical at first about your claims that anyone wishing to test a fruit tea-bag from most shops could cause a wormhole right here on Earth. Imagine my surprise when I did it and lost half my house!!
You now owe me £25,000 in damages.

No matter how much your house meant to you it cannot stand in thhe way of progress. Be glad it was not a bypass going through your house.
So for a refund I think you should 'Go stick your head in a pig'.
