Wow, lots of action. Reads like a radio play. I have the feeling of overhearing it without being able to see it.
I must have come in late...who or what is Torchwood?

Ah. Forgive the ignorance, which was remedied by simple googling.
I'm a long-time 'Doctor Who' fan, but had never heard of 'Torchwood'.

Oh, it's brilliant, apart from John Barrowman, I'll tell you when Series Three/Four starts.

It starts in August sometime, apparently.

As Dmitri says, lots of action, and it would work well with pictures and sound effects!
However, the snag with copying a TV programme's approach in writing is that you haven't got the pictures to show your audience what's going on. So I found it a bit confusing.
I've met Gwen, Jack, Owen, Ianto and Tosh while watching episodes of Torchwood, but who are Connor, Abi, Cutter, Stephen, Nick and Jenny?
Is the green flappy thing separate from the blob? Are there several dinosaurs, and are they flesh and blood or made of metal?
Sorry to be so dense.

Lively writing.
I got lost though. Another snag with taking off from a TV programme is people who don't know the programme don't know the characters - I watched a couple of Torchwoods but never saw enough to get to know the people in it. The only one I know is Jack, from watching Dr Who.

Yes, that did sound interesting, but something went wrong for it to be moderated... Back to Entry indeed
