How about the 'Beer Trek' games? We often play Beer Trek or Bab 5 Trek.
Basically a list of phrases from 1 or more episodes of popular sci-fi series is formed. The videos/dvds are watched and whenever the phrase is heard a suitable forfeit is payed much like your examples: Drink, down, fill etc. Each player is usually also given their own phrase to listen out for and, if they miss it, must down their drink in one.
For example all ST would include, Green, Yellow & Red Alert, Warp Factor, Engineering, Open a Channel, Teleport, Captains Log, Security etc but each series would have its own additional forefeit phrases.
ST TOS: 'I'm a doctor not...', 'She canna take it', Bones, Scotty, Mind Meld, Illogical etc
ST TNG: 10 Forward, Earl Grey, Engage, Q etc
St DS9: Bajoran ..., The Founders, Shape shifters,
and so on.

I would like to have added some examples of the Television Game, but there's just so many .
One thing I didn't mention is the Stereo Game - sing along to a song and do what you mentioned. Any song with repeating lyrics is fine - my favourite is 'Feeling Good' by Muse, as after a few rounds you most definitely are...
