Many people who visit or live for a while in Spain remark how children are often present in bars and restaurants with the rest of the family. They seem to have a less age-ghettoised culture than Britain.
So perhaps the brat should score La Tasca bonus points for authenticity?

Theoretically, yes. Compared to the two bloody kids yesterday who insisted on screeching, staring at me and generally being children, the one in La Tasca was a superstar!

Children, in the UK at least should be banned from all restaurants until, say they're at least 23 years old. and pubs too... they'y shoudln't be allowed in pubs... or on the street.... until they're 22 years old...
