As things seem to be taking off both here in the park and over at the swimming pool, I've had to buy an additional van. I therefore need to employ another ice cream man (woman, animal, fish, insect or being of unidentified species) to run the new van.

hmmm
now I have recipes for toffee, nut toffee, treacle toffee, mint toffee and chocolate toffee. I think that those would be a bit hard in ice cream though- teeth breaking.
caramel - have a nice honey caramel --- could make up a honey and honey caramel ice cream
fudge - now fudge is my personal favourite
chocolate fudge ice cream would be possible
I have a nice vanilla fudge that would go in most flavours of ice cream
and there's this mandarin orange fudge....
