Thank you flyingtwinkle! It is true that when I was born , my parent's garden had some of the most beautiful roses. I grew with them. The climate and everything was very favorable to grow roses in my native land.
The only other place I know of it is: California.
But now I don't have more rose stories and I will pick an other subject for this time in the Holiday Season.
Have to do a little research first about the long story of Christmas,-- how people get to know about Solstice? ( 4 Thousand year of Christmas?)
The worship of the Sun? Was it in Persia?
Will see what I can dig up. Thanks for your continued attention.
