Couldn't agree more. Rats are great and excellent pets. I have a little hooded rat called Farley who always manages to cheer me up,(except when he decided to explore the hole in the loo wall for a few hours or go up the chimney). He is excellent company and is really the rodent form of a dog, coming when called. He loves to lie in my hand and have his back and head scratched.
