Alchemy

1 Conversation

The entirely plausible science of attempting to change a perfectly good and useful substance into another substance which can be used in the making of baubles, gold plating and wiring on top of the range stereo systems. Though typically attempted by the likes of Leonardo Da Vinci using base metals, alchemy involved hay for Rumpelstiltskin and a metallurgic aura for King Midas.

Alchemy is still practised by the New Age buying populace and is listed as one of the credentials of the popular Southern Australian cosmetics company, Jurlique.
