Ther are at least three good reasons to feel reassured that no weasel will appear:
1) The Millemium isn't until 2001 actually.... YEAH, YEAH, YAWN YAWN, tell that to the millions who'll get drunk out of their skulls, or for that matter the Bug!
2) How could it be that Christ's arrival on Earth was indicated by a subtle astronomical manifestation so obscure that only three men in the world could interpret it, yet his 2000th birthday is supposed to be this huge earth-shattering event?
3) I heard it would be an armadillo instead.
