The celery recently bought a plot of land I heard, but it wasn't in the park or woods. Try in HH4, the industrial area.

YAY for dragonflies...
I'd love to have a pond... that's something my brother and father would like, too... but where we live now, they have codes... bleh... so you can't just build anything you want(which is good-- it keeps the neighborhood nice)!!!
My family's recently been talking about moving into a new home. "I won't be living with you forever," I forewarn... bwahahahahahaha!!!

Surely you don't need permission to make a pond! How bizarre...
I just got a big piece of plastic sheet, dug a big hole and filled it with water, some gravel, mud and some fish and it's developed on it's own for years

A neighbor of Jesse's has dug a HUUUGE, long, ugly hole to make a pond for themselves... We're guessing that they will soon find themselves in a lot of trouble!!!

That's really stupid! You should be able to build a pond ANYWHERE! They are a natural feature and you shouldn't need permission for one!
