Well said - I agree with most of what you are saying but as you say BMW are at fault for not using their name to push Rover more. Look what has been done for Skoda by another German firm. It will take a lot of work and money to turn rover around but as the main invester in Pheonix is an American Bank/Insurance Company. They must feel it is worth a shot.
