The true nobility is not the finding but the seeking itself. Knowing that a definitive answer is not to be found before the quest begins, then shouldering the pack and setting out regardless, therein lies the truth of the human spirit. Arguments can be made about survival, but these miss the deeper point being made here. The journey is entirely too personnal to be catagorized, labeled and put on a shelf for examination, aside from the from disregarding the personal sacrifices of countless servicemen, firefighters, or anyone whos put the greater good above self.
