You know that I am, unfortunately, mostly sane. So that precludes me from most of the really prestigious titles and positions in this esteemed society of, ... 
, ... , ... well, what-evers !!!!
So, might I apply, instead, for the position of the "Officially Second Lowest of the Low's, A Non-Person Chief Amongst Non-Persons"?
(You'll note that it does allow others to somehow sink lower than I, though buddha-and-all-that-may-or-may-not-be-holy only knows how that may be possible.)
