"Kürbiskernöl": This is an oil made from the kernels of pumpkins is quite tasty. If you're visiting Styria ("Steiermark"), an eastern part of Austria, you're likely to get it your salad dressing.

If this idea revokes you, visit Carinthia ("Kärnten") in the southern part of Austria instead. Here we will serve you Caranthian Cheesenoodles ("Kärntner Kasnudln") which are big noodle-like things filled with all kind of milk-products (except for actual cheese, i'm afraid), rolled in as much hot butter as you like. Very good, although you might order a round of schnaps afterwards.
