I'm very pleased, and flattered, that you enjoyed reading this. I wrote it back in 1996/7, and the charcter Jenny is probably 1/3 my sister, 1/3 me, and 1/3 imaginary. The grandfather is very much based on my own grandfather, except for a few details such as the pipe (he didn't smoke) and the spy stories (I was left out there, alas).
The original plan was to write 10 of them, but I've only done 3 so far. Alas, I know nothing of spying, and don't want to risk copying a twist from another spy story. I definately enjoyed writing this.
