George Orwell wrote 1984 in the year 1948. Switched the last two digits of the year, to say that he was writing a parody of WHAT WAS HAPPENING THEN.
It's only gotten worse. Now insead of news, we have "infotainment", with spiffy graphics, scary titles, and no substance.
Katy Kurick's debut was as a shill for the Administration. Did anyone notice? If so, they didn't say so.
