I was inspired by your article to find out a bit more about gin - someone (at Queensland University?) in Australia seems to have done some other research into different flavours etc - coriander, liquorice, angelica appear on some of the lists of flavourings. http://www.physics.uq.edu.au/people/nieminen/gin.html

One of the great things about the guide is that there are so many interesting articles that make me want to find out more!
