Hi everyone,
Finally dug this out of the flea market where it was looking moribund. Sorry for taking such a long time to make amends to this piece. Thanks to those who contributed to the initial conversation about it - hopefully a few of the loose ends have been tied up with this re-edit. Promise I'll stick around on h2g2 more this year. Given my current lack of employment I think you'll be seeing a fair bit more of me!
