I've always loved analogies to explain things.

Have just listened to an Irish colleague explain how ,in Irish language, referring to some other object or thing is a frequently occurence.
Perhaps it was my Dublin born Dads influence or reading Irelands Own whilst growing up that gave me this trait. Who knows, just feel an understanding of why nowsmiley - smiley

Bet some bright spark knows more of a cognitive science explanation

Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence

Hi registry, rather than have a lot of little splintered conversations in the ask h2g2 style, we have one conversation at a time with lots of topics going on at the same time. It works, somehow. You are welcome to join us. Have a look at A304354, though -- that's our forum page. It will explain a lot about who were are and how we work.
