Liked David's construction analogy for deconstructionism .
Am feeling v lazy this morning. Still sitting here in my dressing gown, faffing around on the computer.
Lovely Mr T bought me a little ipod shuffle so I'm currently loading all my cds onto the system so I can choose which tracks to load onto the shuffle. I'll never get to the gym at this rate.
My sister and sister-in-law are coming to stay this w/e and we're planning a day in London. I'm just about to book tickets for the Vagina Monologues and afternoon tea somewhere snazzy - 40th birthday present for S-in-law.
No gardening today - it's peein' it doon and my hand is very sore from yesterday's vigorous pruning of the hazel bush.

kelli - ran 2 miles a day for 2012, aiming for the same for 2013 Posted Apr 25, 2005
Does anyone remember when SpaceCadette came to the atelier? I vaguely remember her coming but not when. Anyway, I am asking because she has started a thread in Ask to complain that we all ignored her when she came here, but that is so unlike what usually happens I wanted to go and check. She said she has unsubbed from the thread so I can't go and check her PS...

From what she describes 'unsubscribing from her own post about three months later', I wonder if she managed to join just as the thread flipped over, and she didn't understand where to follow?

Even if she has unsubbed? I thought they disappeared from my PS when I unsub from something...

J'au-æmne Posted Apr 25, 2005
I wouldn't have thought it'd still be there if she unsubscribed...
*looks at backlog*
What a fascinating few LEDs... full of discussion on people I'd either never or only rarely heard of 'till now; when I get time I'll go and read up on them.

I've just noticed that she said she posted a couple of years ago, so I must be misremembering saying hello to her. I can't be bothered to search back through all the threads, although I did go back through some of the summaries without catching sight of her name...
Feeling very demotivated today.

New word.
I saw this at dailykos this morning, in respect of The Daily Show: "...the best broadcast deconstruction going on these days...."
Could someone post a link to the complaint thread please? I remember the name space cadet, but I don't remember more than one post. Mind you, this is not a good day for hanging out online. I really do have a teleconference call followed immediately by catsitting duty and a trip up to Capitan to deal with those art students.
Has anyone noticed that I posted the results to the juried art show yesterday?

Massive simulpost. Still, where's this complaint then? I really ought to try to respond.

*Awaits further developments re: ignored people*
Heartburn. Insomnia. Which is worse? Which is frying my mind right now? Am I having the one because of the other? Which way round is it? And don't recommend milk, I'm allergic to milk.

Ag, it may very well be that the heartburn could be causing the insomnia. Since I have been taking medication for acid reflux I have been sleeping slightly better myself.
ASSUMPTION
Phil Posted Apr 25, 2005
It depends if the heartburn is causing you lack of sleep Ag.
Gaviscon works well for heartburn but I doubt it will cause you to go to sleep. If the heartburn is causing you toubled sleeping patterns then perhaps you should see your GP.
