And for latecomers to the conversation, the full story on George Fideaux can be found in my latest journal entry.
There was something else I wanted to say in my last post, but Georgie set me off again... the b*****d... anyway...
Mike: Sure, no problem. I'll let you know when board meeting 9 starts off. Probably won't be too soon... those forums have been a lot quieter lately. Still, it seems that a lot of the discussion has migrated rather than died off... there's a fairly new forum on the Atheism article that's busy, if you wanted to drop into that one.

You'll never guess what CD I've popped on the player -- the Compact King Crimson. Discipline! ... just making sure the topic drift is accounted for.

Sorry about that comma. I usually remember to use a space separator.
*thinks: that'll teach him to complain*

I didn't *mean* to complain. It was very nice of you to oblige, however

Lil, I brought the bookmark with me. I think the owner of it followed me from Greebo's where they are busy making grass skirts and leis.
Your comma got me as well. I never imagined such a little thing could be so troublesome... a bit like Hitler I suppose.

Was that a nomination?
I feel that Pol Pot is an exemplary candidate for the Lifetime Achievement Award because he too understood the technique of relocating unwanted entities to the suburbs.

Hitler could be the patron of the awards acadamy.
Mother Teresa could be a worthy canidate through her uncanny skill in moving money from one continent to another

Well, but she has too high a niceness quotient. Let's not forget our role model.
I am starting to lose my grip a bit -- very little sleep this week. But the illness had its back broken this afternoon, and now it's a matter of mopping up. So I'm going to turn in, but you all are, as usual welcome to stay. Just don't let Mindspring through the babygate.

Hehe... I like where this is going... I think I see a Post article coming out of this... coverage of the First Annual George Fideaux Total B*****d awards, live from Los Angeles (and since the dogs will already be out of the area, the county would probably come in and euthanise all the homeless downtown to prepare for this event. )

I need a froopy job Everywhere I look there are total stupid b******s being payed egregous sums of money for doing the most repetitive, simpleton-esque jobs, when I, having actual experience, could surpass them with ease. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Alright, everyone... the Total B*****d Awards preparations are now underway. It has a home: http://www.h2g2.com/A353765
Stop in, make your nominations, suggestions, and whatever. When we have enough nominees, we'll vote to select the top five nominees for each category, which will then be on the show, and we'll selevt from those five to produce our winner, who will then deliver an irritating thank-you speech appropriate to that person.

I've added a new category, for musicians. Also, I was wondering if I might commision an image of the award, something that captures the essence of this honor. Perhaps a bronzed hand, fist clenched, middle finger extended?
Key: Complain about this post
