And you're right about greed being one of those.

But I've got to ask, why focus on a 'greedy American President'? He is just a figurehead of a party representing less, I believe, than half of his people. There are many 'greedy Presidents' out there. I'll offer you President Mugabe for one.

Focus on greed itself, greed for money, power, status, control...and the fear of losing those that undermines the fight against it.

I agree with you 100%. I simply used G.W. because the majority of people have heard of him, and for many of these people he is the best example of what happens when an ignorant man possesed with idiotic notions of greed is granted the charge of the most powerful country in the world. despite there being dictators in other countries we must remember that the most idiotic leader in the world is also the most powerful and therefore the most dangerous. He also has the ability to carry out inhumane acts under the protection of the word democracy, a luxury which muggabe has not been granted by the western world. No my friend, instead we label him an evil tyrant because he kills innocent people. Remind you of anybody?

GW is certainly a target that will be poplular. Thing is, even with a flawed democracy he still has to act within what his countrymen will accept. What gets me is the enormous potential to influence for the good that is missed.

yep. The sytem can only replace the product if the people who have the power allow them too. The people who have the power my friend are the masses, aint it a shame that they are so ignorant to the fact?! We sit and complain and wonder why nothing ever changes. All we need to do is stand up and shout a little louder. We can change the world but not until we realise that we have the ability to do so. When people can see through the lies that they have been fed from day one and see the truth that a better world is possible then men like GW will never be allowed o decide "our" interests.
