Were thinking of the same guy right? The guy who only says anything on pitch black if you turn the volume up full or switch the subtitles on? The actor who has slightly angry, slight stressed, and composed modes for his acting?

Yeah, but you've got to admire a guy who can make a career out of talking like continental drift with severe gingivitis. There are plenty of other big name stars with one- or two-mode acting styles, and at least Vin has excellent taste in co-stars and doesn't want to govern California...

Yeh but at least with the governator you can understand what hes saying. Even in his first screen role using his own voice, his first words are clear..
