Radioactive Mice

Ok. There's this mouse, it's green, and both it's ears are inverted so that it can hear every move it's bowels make but nothing external.

One day this mouse is caught by a cat which, being a rather butch, proud, feline, eats the weird lookin' mouse and thinks little of it.
Eight days later and the cat's tail falls off, followed by its ears, nose and finally, on the ninth day, its eyes drop out of their sockets and liquify on the patio.
The cat, obviously, dies soon after but, and this is the point, was it in the wrong?

Why did that poor cat have to die? Did it ever treat you wrong?
Yes. You were the mouse, eaten by the cat that is 'the intern-net' which dies, sans eyes.

Do you feel big now you've killed it?
