Hiya,
Like the article, you're obviously enthusiastic about smurfs (always a good thing). The content is nicely presented and fairly thorough. However, I'd like to see more background, more history. For instance, it's not particularly clear that the smurfs began (and in Belgium are still best known) as comic strip albums.
An anectode I've always liked was how Peyo came up with the word and, indeed, the whole concept of the language. Apparently he was at the dinner table with a friend and was trying to ask for the salt, but couldn't think of the word, so he said: "Pass moi le... le... schtroumpf." The smurfs might never have been born if it wasn't for unreachable salt!
Another thing you might like to think about is working on the introduction. Take a sentence or two to bring the reader into the concept that there is such a thing as a smurf- rather than just describe them.
I appreciate that the title specifies the TV series, but the article reads more as a general one on smurfs - which would be a great addition to the edited guide!
