Surprised an experienced barrister left their phone with an audible ring - I avoided using a mobile for as long as I could, but even I have leant in the last six months to put the phone onto silent/vibrate when I'm in a rehearsal.
The important thing of course is to learn the correct lesson from your mistakes. In this case of course the lesson should have been learnt long ago - don't trust your work colleagues

that"s right one must not repeat one"s mistakes and justice is blind not to the justice itself but to the people in the court
