Heya, guys. Nice (but not surprising) to see that I already know quite a few of the new ACE's from other forums.

I must admit, it's all a bit exciting. Can I be on the list too?

New ACE/sub-ed here (the blue badge ain't up yet).
Ooooh, I am so happy smiley - smiley
It feels kind of unreal, like I'm not -quite- a true ACE yet. Suppose I'd better start getting up and introducing people smiley - smiley.

Salt and Vinegar Prigles, yes please.

Oh, btw, today there should be a new person registering, by the name of Ed Hunter. I know him irl. I think I can give him the honour of being the first person I welcome as an ACE, no?

Hello, everyone! Many congratulations and a hearty 'welcome aboard' to all you new sub-eds and ACEs... er, that's it, really. Feel free to ask if you need any tips on how to neatly and efficiently return batches exactly six weeks after you got 'em smiley - smiley.

And remember... er... have fun, do well, win awards.

Which way to the food? smiley - smiley

Can you return a batch before 6 weeks, 26199? Or do you have to wait the entire time?

Hullo,
I'll skip the alcohol, but I've got plenty of fresh Florida orange juice and a shiny new SubEd badge.

Oh, and here's the crunchy cheese doodles.
Wouldn't it be cool to go mob Mike A's new friend? Imagine being welcomed by the entire volunteer team. You tell us who to hit on, MA, and we'll be there.

Yes, wouldn't you LOVE being greeted by lots of jolly party-goers, all still drunk and on a sugar high from doughnuts, and then see you home page at the top of the 5 busiest forums (speaking of which, we are there now!! smiley - smiley)?

What brilliant idea!
I'm going to see him in ten minutes. I'll "convince" him that now is the time to register smiley - winkeye

Six weeks is the longest you're allowed to take... hence the skill involved in judging matters so that you can get 'em back in exactly that time. You lose points if you weren't editing them right up until the last minute smiley - smiley.

Points? I'm lost....there are points? And I'm not going to wait till the last minute, because then something will come up and I won't get it in at all!!!
