I can't really comment, I don't even have a clue how it is here, let alone in the UK. It is funny, though.

I'll probably regret it when there's lists of changes for all of them, all at once!

I've changed the title again - really I want something to describe 'local' town centre discos, without saying 'local'.

I think the problem with this is that it is trying to be overly descriptive of a particular type of disco/club.

A wry view of how to go out clubbing on a Friday night without getting paralytic/beaten up/embarrassed/rejected by twenty people of the opposite sex... might make for a better Guide Entry.

Probably, but that would have to be written, and I'm trying to push stuff through that's already here.

I can make changes, although if something needs major rewriting I'll probably let it go back to FM. I just really like this as it stands, and would like to find some way of getting it into the EG.

Any ideas on whether this one is in or out?

I did ponder removing that, but some places don't harass people for smoking even though it's now against the law. Should I remove it, or footnote something about the law?

I'd remove it. Any takeaway round here that played loose with its smoking policy would be in a bit of trouble, and I'd imagine that's the same anywhere.
