in srilanka budhism is practised mainly-hinayana and mayur dance is part of their folk culture they do have some nice tea the girls have lotus eyes large ptal-shaped slanted pointed they don"t dance like the south indians but like the sculpted statues from the budhist caves each joint and limb moves gracefully
