A Conversation for Beyond the Brochure or Build it and We Will Come
Inflatable Toilet Seats
amdsweb Started conversation Aug 25, 2000
I go to the loo for more than just bodily functions - it is a nice quiet place to read the paper on a Sunday. Trouble is, by the time I reach the Colour Supplement, the blood supply to my legs has been completely cut off, leaving me with pins and needles (and an inability to stand up once I've done the crossword) thus ruining a perfectly good read.
People who are admitted to hospital and are unable to shift themselves around are given a special inflatable mattress called a nimbus, which helps prevent pressure sores and the like.
I would love to have a nimbus toilet seat to enhance my newspaper pleasure. It would also have the added advantage of preventing the formation of those embarrassing red marks on the back of your legs (hell in shorts weather).
