The front page says the browsing tools are in the margin to the left of my screen; the only obviously new stuff is in the margin on the right, but it's not labelled "browsing tools"...
Is this some sort of customisable style sheet feature, or is it just that the editors can't tell left from right? Or is the black area on the right something else entirely?
