Greek Tapenade

A wonderful snack dish for entertaining, this, even if you discount the number of people who dislike anchovies and/or olives.
Ingredients (makes a decent-sized bowlful)
- 400g pitted black olives
- 10 anchovy fillets
- 1 large handful fresh basil
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 3-4 tbsp of your best olive oil
Method
Stick it all in a blender and press the button. Simple, huh?
You might find it sticks a little at first, but as the ingredients get pulped, it will become more liquid and easier to deal with.
Serve atop slices of French baguette. Say 'mmmm...'
