A Conversation for House Cats (psychology of)

Hi! My cat Moloko DOES display signs of cat madness, while
cooped up in my apartment, but as soon as I take him outside,
he gets all nervous, twitchy and is generally scared.
I would like to move to a house at least (with a backyard, preferably forest nearby, or meadow) and will have to make him used to being outside. I think I will gradually take him, step by step, to outside my building in carrier, maybe every day, until he gets used to it.
I haven't tried putting on a leash or harness because I don't think he would like it. If cats wanted to wear those silly things, they would have made them, like you said about houses.
I enjoyed this entry, it made me smile and laugh a little.
