Forbidden Broadway

"There's a Great White Way where the white is gray and the great is only okay…"
When a Broadway musical gets too full of itself, when our favorite stars and writers seem a little too firmly entrenched on their pedestals, when audiences settle for the same old same old, someone has to whack us on the head and remind us of what Broadway should be. For the last twenty-odd years, Forbidden Broadway has been glad to comply. From Ethel Merman to Liza Minelli, The Phantom of the Opera to Guys and Dolls, Stephen Sondheim to Andrew Lloyd-Webber, Forbidden Broadway has parodied, imitated, and generally poked fun at everything sacred on Broadway.
