Quoting expletives

I'm currently working on my entrys for the Alien films and i'm wondering about what to do when quoting swear words. the quotes i need help on are: "Get away from her you bitch" from Aliens and the tagline for Alien 3 "The Bitch is Back" Should i have them with expletive intact or with some kind of replacement either stars **** or brackets eg. "[Expletive meaning female dog]" heres the link to the Aliens peer review thread http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/F48874?thread=3387689

I think, contextually, 'bitch' is acceptable. If you star them it it might make the quotes look disproportionately filthy.
