You obviously know your home-brew. However, a couple of points were confusing to me as a lay person.

In making the malt, the cereals seem to have been taken out of the water twice. Once; 'When the cereals are soft all the way through, remove it from the water,' and agian; 'Let it stay in the water until the it has spouted green buds at least one and a half the length of the cereal itself'. Perhaps the second part should say 'Let it stay on the board...'?

In making the wort, the amount of water used is confusing; 'The most ideal is that you will boil about 205 liters for a 20 liter brew.' Perhaps you meant 20.5 liters?

Otherwise a great entry.smiley - cheers

Thyanks for the comments DonQuixotic.

The bit you mention about taking the cereals from the water is the bit a rescued from the Flee Market and it needed a lot of editing. I will make it clearer.

You are right about the 205 liters. A decimal points went missing.

Donald.
