Welcome HammyHamster & The Mummy,
I don't think i've chatted to either of you yet as I opted to bow out of the Atheism debates, but i'm sure we'll chat soon.

Thanx for the welcome, Engels42, Lear and Austin Allegro (and everyone else who just didn't get around to it yet <g>
to Lear: Well, in a world without gods, mummyfication might never have become very popular. So I guess I'm quite unique, which would warrant "The Mummy" as the perfect title (it's not just a name, it's what I am). But for convenience, I will also accept being addressed as TM. "Mummy" by itself doesn't seem very appropriate, since most people will associate that with their mother, and my gender just isn't compatible with that role

We seem to be averaging a new thread every week... almost like clockwork.
Alright, everyone, this forum is now Rediculously Long, so meet me in Episode VI.

Episode VI it is then. I've found something a little disturbing.
I went over to check out http://www.chick.com and found the site for that guy who does those little christian comic books.
It's often quite ugly, especially when they start to talk about people of other races and faiths to themselves. This we expected, but their actually quite wildly innacurate in so many ways.
My question is this, can a faith organisation be sued for defamation and / or libel and/or hate crime?
Thanks --- Ado!

You mentioned it in the new thread?
I reckon, the person you're sueing, it depends which bit of xtianity is allowing the crap to be published. If it's coming out from a Roman Catholic branch, say, then you should be allowed to sue the Pope. However, he'll be able to use his corrupt branch to save his ass, the bastard.
Key: Complain about this post
