I just couldn't put Dead Air down! I really enjoyed the new direction Banks took with this one and as always there wasn't a duff character. And if I could only get away with half the stuff on my show that Ken does....!

I agree, Banksy is an inspirational writer whether he's doing proper fiction or wearing his sci-fi beanie. I read Dead Air to pass the time on a train trip to London and back, felt no desire at any point to take a break from it.
If you're looking for another of his books to try, The Crow Road is also superb...
