I like this article 
Its particularly interesting as technically we have to obey all:
"applicable local, national, international or foreign law, statute, ordinance or regulation including without limitation the laws and regulations governing export control, or would give rise to criminal or civil liability of any sort whatsoever"
while using H2G2.
this means that these laws also apply on H2G2
And we have to obey them all?

Nah, probably not - just the ones in your area apply to you. Still, there are some very weird laws out there...
