it is an updated version of the one made by infocom in 1974 (or sometime around there) in this game you have to type commands in.

so:

you wake up. it is dark. what do you do:

"turn on light" voila!!!

the game is extremely hard and complicated, so don't be dissapointed if you die (i did!!)

Hi there cintoric, just wander about the guild hall and make yourself know, I'm afraid there are very few Warrior magicions and no one to train you all I can suggest is that you show you're willing to play and show us what you can do

btw- I have played and finished the infocom game with a bit of help in the dark, but I got through. It requires a couple of late nights and patience with the dialogue. I cannot stress the importance of reading the book, looking up hints, or simply enjoying Vogon poetry.
