[Stallholder]: Its not going badly, but I'm not sure its necessarily going well

*he puts down the mug irritably and gets up. He tries to light up again but appears to be too irritated to get a flame going. He scowls and throws it down in a fury and stands leaning agains the wall glaring across the room at nothing in particular*

*Ecg combusts the tip to one of the toothpicks*
" 'Ere... I'm an elementalist."

*Thus can he make a self-made match. Interesting little bit of an oddity.*

"Um, yeah... that looks to be something way over my head. So yeah, prolly best for me to duck out of it & stay put."

*Fiddles with the idea of making an ice axe that breaks into shards, in his mind*

*He glares at Ecg, then ignores the flaming toothpick and walks across the room behind the sack curtain. He comes back having tied back his blonde hair and carrying a bow and a small bundle or arrows*

[Stallholder]: I'll be out back if you need me.

*he turns and disspears behind the curtain again. A door is heard slamming distantly*

*Although the main room is devoid of furnature apart from shelves, a small chair and a hay bale wrapped in sackcloth, the small room behind the sack curtain is filled with Junk. It appears it was originally designed to be a small kitchen, and it does have a small wood-burning oven with a chimmeny, but now every surface and every cupboard is filled so it is not really feasable to use it. There are jars of strange ingrediants, potions of many colours, various ancient looking books and many strange looking blades and weapons. In the corner there are some blankets folded neatly. The kitchen room is wide but not very deep, further to the left is a small door made of very light wood. Beyond is an expanse of scrubland <> *

*sighs as the small child disapears*


*looks up to find Vincent watching him*

[Ecg]: *Puts the match out.*
"I wonder if it was something I'd said"...
Erm

(Then a bit louder as the Stallholder makes his way out) : "Alright."

*He looks over at Calel and Ezekiel*

"Hold on you two" he says mainly to himself.

*Ecg puts out the fire and does his best to put the stove back where it was*
This is made a bit difficult considering that he was not sure where it started out being.

"I don't wish to get myself in trouble by messing around with other people's things or merchandise..."

*So he instead sits down and practices changing a water hatchet into an ice axe back and forth a few times, glancing up every so often to keep an eye on Ezek and Cal*

*The staring Vincent smiles. He gets up and walks round slowly to where Calel is*

~~You know, if you die here your body dies too. If I killed you here, we'd be rid of you forever~~

*smiles slowly*


Vincent I'm not your brother, you don't scare me, and if I'm meant to die here then so be it

*Next Ecg quietly meditates*

*Vincent looms up infront of Calel*

~~But then who would save your friend from himself? You would have failed~~

*The back door slams open and the sound of someone coming back in is heard. There the sound of clattering and yelping as if someone has just walked into something. The stallholder appears drenched through from the rain and looking more annoyed than when he left. He glares at Ecg*

[Stallholder] And what part of you thought it clever to place the stove by the door? *he tries to snarl but is too busy shivering* N-nevermind
*he unties his blonde hair and rings the water from it. He looks like hes about to complain to Ecg about something else when he turns suddenly to look at Ezekiel. Although he looks the same as before the stallholder seems to sense some change*
I thought you said you'd come get me if something happened?? *he shivers some more and sits down beside Ezekiel holding a hand over him trying to work out whats caused the change*

Oh Ezekiel can save himself


*grins at vincent and points to Ezekiel who seems to be surrounded by a stange auroa*


Something none of you realise is that he is more powerful than all of you, and always has been, and I think he's just begining to realise that himself

*leans close to vincent and whispers* so better watch out Vincent I do think his has a bone or two to pick with you*

*Vincent turns round in surprise, he shimmers and changes into a dark skinned Ezekiel which snarls at Calel then disspears. The room starts to flicker in and out of existence as if someone is trying to get rid of it and the people in it*

*shouts whilst looking around the room*



IT WON'T WORK VINCENT HE'S FAR STRONGER!

*the room darkens and fades out til Calel is left floating in blackness. The darker skinned Ezekiel appears infront of him arms folded*

~~I'm not actually my brother, you know. And besides, I am as strong as he is. We're the same person, just different personality. This is something you've failed to take into account. Its a battle of wills, and as you have seen he isnt sure if he might be better giving in to me~~

He knows the score and so do you


*smiles slowly* running scared?

*he laughs*

~~Running scared? Havent you noticed- I'm winning! *he grins* He cant stop me doing this! What does that say??~~

*He continues laughing and looks about to do something when he suddenly clutches his chest. He gasps for breath and glares around the room. A small green glow is starting to fill it. He glares*

~~Enki! Looks like your little friend the Stallholder is helping you after all~~
~~~

*looks around him wondering what is happening whatching as Ezekiel's dark side starts to disappear*

*Ecg creates a small bit of a gold and bluish flame in one hand*
"I was supposed to tell you?" he says to the Stallholder incredulously.
I didn't have anything to see into their minds with. Said thought I couldn't handle it. Now, what's all this stuff from inside his head doing outside of it in the room>? Has to be something..." he resolves "that I can do to help."

~Yeah, sorry about the stove bit. Only piece of horizontal flat-space, that I could find... was left. Sheesh (oops).~

[Ecg]: "It seems to me anyway, like they are yelling at a bunch of dim shadowy shapes, against a far wall, every now and then. That's the most I can make out..."

*(Shrugs and then cranks up the light level a bit by enlarging the brightball or flame.*
