I have a secret list of about 4,500 pictures on h2g2. I got it from Jim Lynn, the creator of h2g2, because I hoped it could be useful, but it turns out to be much more cumbersome than I thought. It's taken me a couple of years to sort through it.

One I mis-typed earlier was B893929.

I turned it into a link.

You can turn anything in a h2g2 posting into a link by putting < ./ > before it and < /. > after it, but without any spaces. When you click on the link, it is the equivalent of putting this word into the the URL after the last slash character. So < ./ >B325458 < /.> but without the spaces becomes <./>B325458</.> which is the same as putting http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/B325458 into the address bar.

So you can convert any of the shortcuts such as Month, ComingUp, Askh2g2 etc into links: Month, ComingUp, <./>Askh2g2</.>.
