Are you in any way connected to a new Researcher called Taffy Boy? I had two requests to look at new Entries over the weekend, and both those Entries were about Wales! Quite a coincidence...

I like your Entry a lot, and can't really fault it as far as it goes. Perhaps, particularly for the benefit of non-UK readers, you could go a little more into the background against which Welsh soccer takes place. The fact that rugby union is really the national sport is surely a large part of the reason why things haven't gone better for the national team.

The strange story of the League of Wales also deserves a paragraph or two. It got off to a pretty strange start, trying to force teams to join and having some clubs playing miles from home over the border in order to defy the WFA, before a court case allowed them to come home and stay in the English non-league pyramid. Despite that difficult birth, the LoW has now become firmly established. It must now be in a unique situation, being a national league in a country whose top teams don't take part, but which nonetheless provides a route into Europe.

You could also mention how all the big English finals - FA Cup, League Cup and promotion play-offs - are going to be played in Cardiff for a couple of years. That must be a boost for soccer in Wales.
