Righty ho, chocks away, tally ho pip pip bobs your uncle and so forth 
I investigated the 'alternative' evening venue, the Bell Book and Candle, but as I'd not got a reply from them after two E-mails, I've gone ahead and nabbed the Penderel's Oak whilst it is still free for the date we so painfully chose 
I just updated the meet page with the details of the Penderel's Oak as the now 'confermed' evening venue.
I said we'd like the place from 6 PM onwards.
I'll try to update the atendee list again this afternoon before I shoot off again to Bristol for the majority of next week
