I live 5 minutes from Sandra and have offered an 'overflow' service in case it gets too crowded..

parking space shouldn't be a problem 
as for directions, I asked Genie to check(i dont drive or read maps etc 
) and she was going to mail you a couple of weeks ago! it must've slipped her mind with the Butlins weekend and whatnot 
..i'll give her a poke..
