Just about any meat's improved by worcester saucesmiley - ok

Except maybe fish... Don't think it's be so great with fish...

I really like horseradish, but I'd never smear it all over every meat I eat, like you sound like you do. smiley - winkeye

It _is_ nice with fish - don't forget the Japanese put wasabi on their sushi.

I forgot about wasabismiley - drool Though that wouldn't exactly spread to well on a roast beef sandwich... Of course, most spreadable horseradish doesn't have all that much flavor to it anyway, though I have found some that does.

Rather spreadable than fresh for me, I'm afraid.

Horseradish grows like a weed in my native Lincolnshire, and you can clear and entire house by trying to chop the stuff up. We're talking ten times the eye-watering power of onions.
