Parking on Roads

1 Conversation

Roads are for travelling on.

Vehicles parked on the road are obstructing the free passage of traffic.

There should be no parking on roads anywhere.

A solution.

Phase 1: parking on an A road to be prohibited.

Phase 2: parking on any bus route to be prohibited

Phase 3: parking on any B road to be prohintied

Phase 4: parking on any road to be prohibed

Any vehicle that needs to stop on a road other for loading or unloading will have to be registered and display appropriate warning signs.

The result.

Free flowing traffic. Car parking off road will be created for those with no facilitiy within their dwelling properties. Public transport will improve and be used more as buses will now flow quicker. Everyone will wonder why it did not happen sooner.
